Ran before the first day of Summer Training since I figured I'd have to hang around and answer a bunch of questions from my freshmen. Got going a little later than I would've liked so I set out for an hour recovery run. Was moving all right despite a few bigger days back to back. Finished up on the track for the last mile and a half and got rolling on the flat even surface for end on a high note. Finishing up my training plan for the ultra in November. Still have another 3 weeks of base-building before anything begins in earnst though.
