Out and Back on Lobo after going in for my ultrasound. I had to drink 32 oz an hour before my appointment and couldn't use the bathroom so once I was done I needed to pee constantly, so I stopped about every 2 miles to pee on the side of the trail. surprisingly no blood but the ultrasound did find a kidney stone. At least its not cancer or renal failure.
