it rained most of today so the coaches called an audible. we started out the tempo from the edge of naperville country club and just headed straight down chicago. it wasnt bad the wind was pretty freaking cold. we did the 3 mile tempo in 16:51 and then headed to the hills. we just did 2 because they are a little bit longer than blackwell. johnny was pushing them but everyone still stayed together. the fartlek was a bit more bloody than i expected. it was like we were sprinting every time even though they were just 90 sec they were rough. the wind was right in our faces (typical 4 lakes) and johnny and tim were pressing up front. we got through it and never really slowed down. after 4 90 sec ons and 2 min off we jogged the remainder back for the cool down
