19.5 miles. I rode after my run and because I forgot to go back for another urine test at the clinic I rode my bike up to north Longmont and produced a bloody cup of piss before continuing on my ride. It was a little annoying coming through all of the stoplights but it wasn't undoable. Mags tomorrow. Queue the forboding music; preferably something from Hans Zimmer.
