went out in the drizzle today to garbage hill. this run was rough, i was really sore still and my back was jacked from volleyball last night. i got pissed that the freshman were dropping me in the first mile or so, so when i got the chance and caught up i pressed for about 3 miles until mitch and I split from them. we held a really nice pace the whole way.
