ran alone after work. decided to try something new so i set up a hurdle on the home stretch of lane 6. the plan was to just run aerobic pace with a hurdle every lap, the goal being to incorperate sparse hurdling into the overall run. I played basketball as a warm up instead of actual hurdle drills like i should have done but ended up doing 5 miles of the hurdles before going outside to finish the run. my form was shaky at best but i didnt have high expectations for my hurdling this early. hips/core were definitely feeling the P90x from this morning. still ran around 6:05-6:15 pace the whole time
