Huffman loops (4 mile tempo+ 6 huffman loops (steady rest)+ 1.5 mile cool down+ strides)
great workout today, legs felt super fresh and i was totally up for staying with Brady and Kerley. at about a mile to go Brady told me to relax a bit because he didnt want me to get too tired, so i dropped back even though i felt fine. The hills were nice and smooth, on every one i stuck my nose right up with brady and kerley and on the last one ran parallel with them to the finish. they opened me up aerobically and i felt pretty decent afterwards... excited for saturdays 3k
