8xk @305-07 w/ 2:30 jog recovery. Hit the swamp rabbit trail with Austin for some k's this morning. It was humid as hell but the heat wasn't quite there yet. The first couple were really smooth and went by really fast. Did 2 k's out and 2 k's back twice.
