Cookie Intervals (4 mile tempo+ 6x800 w/ hurdles (200m) + strides + cool)
I still feel like absolute crap, my legs are sore and i had little mobility. The tempo seemed a lot harder than it should have been i was straining just to keep up and i know the pace wasnt too spicy. The intervals were no more easy. I felt lethargic and lacked a spark in my stride. i may have felt awful but i still made it through staying with the guys. This feeling is a lot like i felt back last year before wheaton
