Notes
Just about as normal as my stride gets! I started with Kaylin and we still threw down a 7:37 opening mile. She ended up under 23 min for 5k but split from me after a mile and a half. It was chilly, sunny afternoon. No rush, but still waited to run until after packing up both of our cars for the move tomorrow. I rolled at a strong pace that absolutely crushed all of the runs since the marathon by comparison. The wind was in my face going out, and I got helped by it going back, only supporting my frivolous pacing.
