Ran with Will and Jarrod from Louisville. We were still getting blasted by the wind but in general it was better than yesterday, and I was happy to catch a few miles with the guys. I did a 2 mile loop through downtown then hopped in with the other two. We ran Rock Creek so it was mostly a crosswind but then we needed another miel and a half from Stearns so we ran the Lake Link Trail which meant we battled the wind coming back down from the top of the ridge. I didnt feel too bad but the wind was rough.
