Man, my glutes are sore from the hills yesterday! I woke up early to get most of my run in before my group did their long run and some of the elites did their tempos. The first couple of miles were slow as my legs came to life and once I was on Cottonwood I was riding a good stretch of momentum and cruised in for the first 7 miles. Met with the group and added on their warm-up to cap my morning.
