I wasn't expecting a long run today so I was caught off guard when I pulled up m schedule this morning. With the lone final exam for my Ethical Issues in Sport class looming, I was grateful that the finish line was in sight. It was 1:45 as I felt and I had already planned to meet with Aidan and Austen at TW. The first 3 miles was with them at a leisurely pace then I separated. I ended up running all the way back to the house on Lobo. Unfortunately the whole way back was slightly uphill so there were some less pleasant miles in the second half. It also seemed to take forever to get back to Tom Watson. Pretty happy with how rhythmic 6:00 pace felt though!
