5@ 5:45-50. Before the run today Richey essentially said, try the workout or we should probably pull the plug on the race next week. Didn't have any tightness on the warm up which was promising, then nothing on the drills or strides. I was just pacing Lexi and Jen for their workout and when we started the pace thankful came along very smoothly. I kept a dutiful eye on the hammy but nothing transpired. I need to keep doing all of the recovery modalities Ive been using the past 5 days.
