Ran indoors since the wind was terrible out and my shin was feeling better. Wanted the first couple sets of 2-2-4 to be conservative just to get a B- type of workout in ended up going a little quick on the second 400. Wanted to prevent my shin from hurting later in the workout so switched up directions which was an awful idea. On the 4th 400 my glute tightened up 150m in. I finished out the rep in a pedestrian 69. I took 5 min to roll and stretch after the rep, hoping to continue but when I did strides it just tightened up again. Called it after 4 sets
