2x(1000/1200/Mile @2:59/3:34/4:46 w/3') Just felt awful in this workout. 4:45 pace shouldnt be as hard as it was this evening, and it was the last straw for me. This interval training on the Daniels plan has been taking all the fun out of running and the last 4-6 weeks have been life sucking and i can't seem to find a positive attitude towards training this way. Going back to marathon training and use that strength i gain to possibly run a 10k at the end of the spring before hitting the roads.
