Back to the faster paced today. I haven't felt very good the last couple days and this evening was no different. I tried to take time and get properly warmed up but it didn't seem to help. I ran faster than two weeks ago but that was my undoing in the end. My first 800 was a little too quick (2:12-13 was the goal) and those two extra seconds fast just felt unbelievably shitty. I manger to regain a little on the second set only to get bitch slapped again by the 8. Finally after go through my last 800 in 62 for the 4 I called it at the end. My calf and shin were getting tight and the pacing was only going to bury me.
