A few easy miles before 8x10" hill strides w/90" rest along Airport Rd. I felt pretty decent at the beginning and despite the headwind got into a good rhythm. I turned down Plateau and took the dirt roads to Lobo. Once I got back to Airport I stopped, did drills and a few light strides. The hills themselves were over quickly and the rest was more than enough. definitely more of a neuro-muscular workout than a fitness builder. Jogged back to the apartment with what was left of the morning. (2x Medball)
