now its time to start phase 3, we started 6x800 with 90 sec rest. I got left in the bathroom for the tempo so i was in a 30-40 sec hole. i stayed relaxed and moved gradually until i caught everyone in the last 2 miles. i ended up running 24:15 but i didnt get too crazy, again i stayed fluid. the halfs were very controlled and i tried to not try harder just because it is shorter. (2:16,:17,:17,:13,:12,:13)
