Afternoon double with Will and Syd from Centarus. We did a simple little out and back on Rock Creek, and even though I hated having to climb the Aquarius hill, it was good to get some miles in with these two after stewing in my apartment most of the afternoon. Skipped weight training in favor of more rest.
