5-3-1 w/2-1-3 float recovery. A little tester workout today to see how things hold up. I felt good overall but I think the true condition of the calf will be revealed tomorrow or the day after. Ran with Aidan and we pushed each other, even though he had 3 sets, I just hope he didn't take my presence as a slight since I was pushing the pace at times. We barely missed a sub 5 opening mile up to S Boulder. After keeping the float honest we rolled down Manhattan and I thought we were running faster than we were but I was focused on matching Aidan the whole way. Finished with a strong last minute up 55th. It might've just been a single set but I was happy to run hard today for the first time in weeks
