2.5 w/u+ 6 steady+ 2.5 c/d. The heat was almost unbearable today. The plan was to go 8 at sub-6 pace but started off a little quicker than anticipated. Started to feel the heat by the 2nd mile and by the end of the 4th I was pressing. I felt my arms rising and the humidity and 73 degree dew point were making hard to breathe.
