15' warm up+16x1' hard-1' easy+14' cool down. Decided to mix up the effort this morning. I realized that I'd been taking it pretty moderate compared to my time in Greenville when I was smashing pool sessions, so unearthed a little bit of that effort again today. Inner side of my right knee was a little tender from the bike crash (probably knocked it against the cross bar) but it wasn't too much of an issue just noticed some discomfort there.
