First workout with Greenville TC. did a broken tempo with Austin. 12' @ 80/400 +2' jog +8' @80/400+ 3' jog +5x200 @35 w/ 200 jog. the pace was really manageable. we were a little quick the first couple quarters so it felt even easier when we slowed it down. on the 8' portion austin started to fall off so I ended up leading the whole way. we were a stride short of 9 laps on the first tempo portion and I ended up going about a third of the way through the turn after 6 laps. Austin didnt do the 200s. I went 32.6/32.0/32.5/32.3/31.9. Good introductory workout especially after all the traveling it was nice to do an easier workout
