Caught a case of laryngitis so out of caution I drove into Boulder to get a covid test to make sure it isn't anything serious. Kaylin came along and ran with me after the test. She was doing 400s so I did part of her warm up with her over to the portopotties before continuing on my own. I was in a good rhythm and despite the throat issues and persistent smoke I felt fine.
