12x 1' hills w/jog down rec. Glad to get a solid run in before the potential snow-pocalypse.I was on my own again but at least had a solid crew to warm up and cool down with. The aim was to run strong and focus on mechanics after halfway. The first 20-30 sec werent too bad as it was a gradual ramp up, but the second half was basically like the first half of Four Lakes. I was right around 5:00 pace going up (give or take a few seconds) and the jog down was usually around 7:3x's (~1:40). Nothing too sexy today but I did take away some confidence from having a solid morning.
