SInce I was supposed to do uphill strides this morning but didn’t because I was lazy, I did for 4x200 w/200 jog once I got off of work at the store. I am feeling more comfortable and spikes now, But still have a ways to go, I think I will be ready for Arkansas next week though. 30.7, 31.1, 30.1, 29.9
