even with all the traveling and lackluster weekend this workout was pretty good. starting on the 3rd phase of training in the daniels' formula. liked this workout a lot actually. did the first two reps with thompsen but he dropped out part way through the mile. ran crazy consistent from the first mile on, going through EVERY 800 split in 2:21. good to get a nice strong workout under my belt.
