tried to run at first and could only make it to the end of the block before having to walk back in pain. i rolled out and changed from my elites to the pegs and headed out on a second attempt. felt better once i got going faster that 6:30 which i think is the threshold for my heeling hurting, any slower and its a burning pain. strides and bhr
