10x1' hills w/ jog back recovery. Waited until noon to do this, hoping that the sun would melt off enough of the snow to do it on Heatherwood or Gillespie. I drove around to check the spots and there was too much ice and snow to risk running hard outside. Went to 24HR to use the treadmill so I could lift after. Set the speed to 12mph @ a 5% incline and recovered at 8mph @ a 0% incline. I actually felt decently smooth at 5:00 pace with only the last 10-15 sec really feeling the effort. Not a workout to take a lot away from but it was nice to generate some power and be able to control my form and breathing.
