15' walk+3x5' run w/3' walk+15' walk. Richey is extending the duration of the runs, though I'm still not going very far. I'm on board with the plan especially since I feel like I'm riding the line well enough between developing fitness from a low point to managing sore legs that haven't really run in 2 months. I was able to keep the run at a chiller pace as I tried to maintain a smooth cadence despite my clomping strides.
