Solid. I'll take it, especially after yesterday's harder effort. Went better than I thought it would, considering that my legs are still feeling DOMS. Humidity was back so kept the pace down in the first half, then opened up a bit for the back 7. Got to say hello to Shamrocks Emmett, Ram, Chris and Mary around the pond. Pleasant tired afterwards. But the 90-minute car ride to work in t-storms made me feel like a 90-year-old getting out of the car at the office.
