Ascending ladder, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200 meter. First track workout in a year. Played conservative and tried to keep a steady pace. Slow but I had gas in the tank to blast the last 100 meters of the last interval. Weird that the dull ache in my right shin is now gone. Speedwork is good for you.
