Kept my word and only had 2 beers last night. Got up at 5:30 and it was pouring so got some extra sleep and waited out the rain. Still very humid but 67° at the start. Even ran through a brief rain shower.Started to fade a little but felt good to extend things a bit. Stopped short of 12 but I was starting to fade. Was a puddle when I got home. Nice dip in the pool to cool down. Now another day of landscaping on tap. I think the landscaping is why I'm down 5 lbs. First time below 160lbs in probably 2 years.
