3x(min/75sec/2/75/1/75) fartlek + 3mi tempo with P Letz.
Met up by Nalco but got kicked out by security first set, so we looped over to a road loop not far from the Hothpital. First two sets were not exactly on pace, last set was the only one we were really able to start hitting it a bit. I'm pretty sure we had 4 sets, Letz thought we had three, so we did three. Had we done 4 sets the total volume would've been at least 15mi. Splits are messed up but the tempo was def quality.
