Treadmill workout. 5/4/3/2/1/2/3 w/ half previous rep for rest. Paces per on piece were 5:30/5:24/5:21/5:14/5:11/5:04/4:57ish
I know being on a treadmill it's not as good, but still kinda proud since every workout and the Fourth were so awful. Finally felt stronger.
