Notes
The kids' workout was 1200-800-1200 w/ 5 minutes rest between. I would run the rep, then do another 1200 during their rest, then hop in the next rep. I prob could've done full mile jogs between since they were actually taking like 7+ min rest. The last rep was a kid making up for dropping out of the w/o earlier b/c he felt sick, but coming back and going again.
