Felt GREAT. Raced very well. Used roller beforehand. 10 minute warmup 4 striders around soccer field, form drills (zombies, nazis, paraformis, then butt-kicks, high knees, fast-leg right and left. In the bullpen, Hamstring rolls+leg swings.)
