3:23, 3:26, 3:27, 3:26, 3:28, 3:25, 3:21, 3:18 60 second rest. Shins felt tight in the beginning but they loosened up and I felt fine going faster, although I was straining a little toward the end. I think that I could have done 3:20s repeats on a good day
