AHHH my quads are super sore today from lunges but I really dont mind I need the extra strength its building deff if im looking forward to the 1500... Pretty good morning run though it was me phil sean jake and ron... i still feel pretty strong running too the pool workout this afternoon will help me recover too... after the run we did circuits
