6 x 1500 meters with 2 minutes rest. The first 3 reps were to be between 4:40 - 4:45 and then cut down pace after that. I felt pretty solid once the workout got started and just rolled. The group today was Carson, Joey, John, Stephen, Omero, Danny and Fitz I think. Carson and Joey were up front the whole time and then there was a gap and then me and everyone else. The first 5 felt like it was just a cruise but the last one I was deff breaking down. We were way under our paces today.
