Notes

3 x 1200, 3 x 1600 workout on the track with 600 meter jogging recovery. Goal times: 3:50 - 3:55, 3:45 - 3:50, 3:40 - 3:45, 5:04 - 5:08, 5:00 - 5:04 and 4:55 - 5:00.

Pretty solid workout today. I just chilled in back and felt really good. I never really thought the workout was too hard although I started getting tired towards the end of the last 2 miles. It was more of heading into a strong breeze that kinda felt hard. Other than that I was really happy with the workout and just ran in a big group.
