Notes

Kept todays run super easy after a pretty hard strength workout today.. After doing strength twice this week for the first time in 8 weeks? im pretty sore... I did add an extra mile in just to add time and hopefully work some soreness out.. Did 10 minute abs, back and glute and push ups all after... 11 mile long run tomorrow up at school!
