Great interval workout on the track! Felt really solid on the track even though I ran part of the workout alone but I really wanted to stay on my VO2 pace... Most the guys wore spikes for this part but i chose not too because i hate how hard our track is.... Anyway the workout was 4 x 1000 meters but i added on an extra 800 with dylan while phil ran a full 1000 which i wish i would have done...
1st 1000 3:08.39 (5:04 pace)
2nd 1000 3:08? I started late and drew had me at 3:10 all alone (5:04 pace)
3rd 1000 3:06.51 (5:01 pace)
4th 1000 3:03.37 (4:56 pace)
800 2:24.41... all 36 200s (4:51 pace)
