Notes

I actually had a pretty good workout today... 3 easy, 3 medium, and 3 hard hills followed by a short jog then 4 short fast hills... During the 3 easy and medium I just chill towards the back of the pack and chilled it made for a really easy start once we got to the 3 hard i put a little more out there but made sure i kept my form and not over doing anything... The fast hills felt awesome!
