When I first crossed the line i was pissed cause i didnt get under 17 but then i realized that was the fastest 5k i had ever ran by about 1:20 since i have only ran 5ks in road races... but then throughout the night i thought more about the race... I am better then this my training should not result in a 17 minute 5k its a damn scrub time just like i have ran all year... If it really is a mental thing for me i have got to kick it this summer or else im screwed for the next 3 years
