20-40 minute run after the circuits... I did 20 just because I know better. Going long everyday will result in too many miles for the week and I really want to prevent feeling like shit and peaking way too soon. This doesnt mean im running the least everyday it just means im looking to hit 74-75 miles this week since ive only been at 66 70 and 68.5 the past 3 week with alot of strength... Overall I feel pretty good my lower legs still ache a bit but getting better.
