Notes

Finally back to running after 10 days off... The first 35 mins of the run were pretty rough but then I got loose and felt pretty good my hips were really sore along with the muscle on the front of my shin on my right leg... im not really sure why though Overall it was a good run and im glad to be running again After I went to the weight room to lift lower body (ill lift upper morrow) and then I did 10 minute nasty abs... BTW ill prolly be pretty sore tomorrow and im going to play basketball which equals airballs from having no legs WONDERFUL!
