10 on, 4 off, 7 on, 3:30 off, 5 on, 2:30 off, 3 on, 1:30 off, 1 on fartlek on the hills at new pilcher. Felt good at the start and slowly felt worse. Really felt lunges yesterday on the hills today. Still a good workout.
