Notes

Super slow pace today but it mostly came from the start the first 2 miles we close to 9 minute pace and then we picked it up for the last part... I havent been writing much in here because it seems that everyday is a new ache and pain which sucks but after a morning run and pool workout and low mileage to start the week I feel fresh again my muscles feel good and my hip didnt hurt at all today my knees are a little sore but they always are after the pool for some reason
